I just wanted to drop a quick email to thank you for coming to my rescue and providing EXCELLENT service in a timely manner.  I had NO idea that service was available in my area - especially for the price and speed I am now receiving.  I LOVE the fact there were no installation fees and fees for equipment!  The two gentlemen that came to the house were helpful, friendly and overall, completely awesome!  Thanks to your guys I was able to get rid of the “tinker toys” the 'competition' mounted on the side of my house.  As far as I'm concerned, you have no competition.

Good Morning, Jim.
I just wanted to give you some feedback on Allen.  I’m very pleased with the help Allen has given us the last couple of weeks.  It is obvious to me that he had the expertise to figure out things he had never seen before. I’m sure you get lots of mail when people aren’t happy with the service…but I think everyone deserves some feedback when things are good as well.

Before I begin, let me assure you that Brian did not pay me to write thisK

Brian has been the BEST tech guy ever.  As you know, our previous outside tech experience was dreadful.  Our experience w/ Seamless has not only been superior, it has far exceeded any expectations I had.  Brian’s patience with our stumbling has been remarkable (though I have decided to never play poker w/ him).  The response time is fabulous – once he was on the phone as I received my first call that the connection was down – darn close to psychic!  I can’t possibly say enough good things about Brian or Seamless.  It has truly been a pleasure working w/ him & I continuously recommend Seamless to anyone & everyone. If all tech experiences were this good, life would be easier for all of us.
